Everywhere I See

It’s not powerful; it’s sublime,
Subtle as the breath,
Be it for man, animal, work or nature,
It all comes from Him.
To whom and how do I explain,
This intangible dubbed ‘love’ is the greatest of all,
I find it lurking in the temple,
In your soft night voice,
In the gaunt, twisted arms of the old,
In the food that's revered and that which is wasted,
In the hungry animal faces,
In the coarse physical love and the great spiritual connect,
From my heart’s eyes I know it everywhere.
The Song Of The Sufi Masroof
