Above The Din

In a moment to have lived a life that years cannot rival
And a calendar fails to clock,
Is to have tasted the salt from the ocean,
Only to find it strangely sweet, addictive,
Not too slowly the world changes before the very eyes,
All the yous become I,
The noises from the outside blend in,
The green grass becomes the mind,
And a sun of bliss rises high above the din.

The Song Of The Sufi Masroof
