Death

I don’t want to leave you, it hurts that I do,
But one day you’ll leave me and I can’t follow you,
The little I understand of death is that she has no family, friends or foe,
And so she’s always knocking on half open doors…

My door is half open and she's here to get you,
I don't know how to convince her that I am lost without you.

I don't want to miss reading you, it hurts that I do,
But one day I'll comeback to this blog and will read all the poems at a stretch :)
