Is Time Innocent?

Is time innocent of its follies, unaware of its flow?
Houses fall like cardboard, rivers run dry, earth turns barren,
Child becomes man, life ebbs and is born anew,
Yet, it remains unseen; its pale shadow caught in the clock,
Like a trickster turning tricks, disappearing in the crowd,
Its mighty hand omniscient, flawless in its perfection, brutal in its deliverance.

Time, neither exists nor runs, it is

It remains unseen, a pale shadow caught in the clock- beautiful!! I like lines like these where I can see what the words describe!

!Ritesh, Time is powerful, isn't it, it tosses us like a boat caught in a storm.

Thank you, Meera, I am glad I could make you see, what I see :)

@Sowmya, I question it all the time, only thing is that it take sit own sweet time to get back :)
